Retrieve the Exact Game Record Before Opening a Case
A balance screenshot cannot identify which game event caused a change. A useful game-history record connects the provider, game, timestamp, stake, outcome and round ID. Some systems allow a date range, number of games or exact game ID.

Separate real and practice records

Support needs the identifiable round and claimed mismatch, not the password or unrelated statement history. Preserve the original export or screenshots.
