Record the displayed score and position near the event end, then capture the final result after the leaderboard is marked closed. A mid-event screenshot is not the final ranking.

Reconcile Final Rank, Tie Rule and the Credited Prize
A live position can change until the scoring window closes. Equal points do not always split a reward: the terms can apply turnover, earliest score, highest single event or another tie-break. The final rank must then map to the stated prize band.

Find the exact rule for equal scores and the event time zone. Do not assume tied players share a prize when the terms name an ordering method.
Map rank to the prize table
Compare the final position with the correct reward band, currency and any claim requirement. Milestone rewards can be separate from rank prizes.
Trace the credit event
Check cash, bonus, free-play and promotion ledgers because the reward may not appear in the main balance. Save the case reference if the credit window passes.
What to keep
Record event name, closing time, final points, rank, tie-break input, prize band, expected credit type and transaction ID.
